Available in Google Play and the iOS App Store for all of your Attendees, the Positive Proximity Mobile App is free with all Session Tracking packages. This powerful App provides a number of features (including automatic session check-in) that will guide your participants throughout the event, while providing you with detailed attendee data during and after your event.

Automatic Location-Based Check-in

The Positive Proximity Suite offers an Attendee Mobile Event App that can provide automatic check-in and active dwell time monitoring, as well as a number of other userful tools your attendees can enjoy.

Self Check-in Stations

Each participant will be able to use the built-in Self Check-in Tool to scan the automatically generated Check-in Station Sheets. This check-in data is collected and sent to the Positive Proximity Servers for processing and roster reporting.

Attendee Feedback

Custom, in-app questionnaires can be created and assigned to any or all of your sessions. Attendees will have the opportunity to complete the assessments during or after the sessions. This data is automatically sent to the Positive Proximity Servers for processing and detailed feedback reporting. Web-based Feedback tools are also available.

Self Check-in Station Scanners

Self Check-in Stations are the easiest way to add Check-in capabilities to any event. Custom-branded event information is displayed on a monitor or tablet, and a connected QR scanner allows attendees to scan their ID name badges as they enter. Self Scan check-in stations are compatible with most 3rd party name badges that have an ID barcode.

Branded Check-in Forms

A self check-in form loaded onto a tablet or laptop and can be placed at the entrance(s) of your sessions. This will allow your attendees to check themselves in as they enter each session. This data is immediately sent to the Positive Proximity servers for processing and reporting.

Custom Name Badge Tools

Print branded name badges right from your roster tools. Your name badges will include the QR coded attendee ID for easy handheld scanner integration.

Attendee Mobile Event App

Positive Proximity also offers an Attendee Mobile App that can provide a number of useful features, including an Event Session Guide, session alerts, live attendee feedback, event deliverables, and more!

Active Event Session Guide

The Positive Proximity Mobile App will actively display which sessions are coming up or in progress. You can also add desired sessions to your schedule and be notified when the sessions are about to begin.

Attendee Feedback

Custom feedback questionnaires can be created and assigned to your sessions. Users of the mobile app will have the opportunity to provide feedback, real time, for any or all of your sessions, with the data being delivered live to the Positive Proximity servers for processing and reporting.

Certificates of Completion (with automatic delivery options)

Leverage one of Positive Proximity's ready-to-go Certificate Templates, or upload your own custom design, and let the system calculate credits (CEUs) and automatically send your certificates for you. Certificates can be sent individually or scheduled for delivery as a batch.
